Asian Cooking & Chinese New Year

 

$125 Per Student

This class will include stir-fry techniques, marinating techniques, special spices, sauces, rice cooking methods. Recipes will include styles from Korea to Japan to Thailand and such foods as sushi, saté, curries, stir fry and my special peanut sate’ noodle salad (although I won’t be giving you the recipe for the peanut sauce!) and a special dessert. The menu may include: Tiki Shrimp, Saté Padang, Ajam & Pork, Kuruma-ebi Okonomi-zushi, Marinated & Grilled Ahi Tuna and Mushrooms, Gingered Carrot Stir Fry, Beef and Broccoli with Black Bean & Garlic Sauce, Nam Prik Kaeng Daeng, Gyozanabe,Tangerine Curried Vegetables, Pork & Vegetable Lo Mein with Garlic Sauce, and Banana Coconut Crème Brulée.
